Our Role Onboard

FE-2 is often brought in to manage the intersection of creative intent, technical execution, and onboard operations. We work closely with charter teams, cruise line partners, and artists to keep programs running smoothly from embarkation through disembarkation.

Production Management

Oversight of audio, lighting, video, staging, décor, branding, staffing, and daily show execution — coordinated through a single production structure to reduce friction and improve communication.

Artist Advance & Show Coordination

Direct coordination with artists and management on technical needs, performance requirements, scheduling, and cruise-specific adjustments — ensuring clarity well before sailing and consistency once onboard.

Logistics & Operational Coordination

Support for customs documentation, loading, trucking, equipment movement, power planning, venue changeovers, and daily production schedules in collaboration with ship operations.

Onboard Execution & Leadership

Hands-on leadership across rehearsals, soundchecks, shows, and daily transitions — with experienced decision-making when plans evolve or priorities shift.

CONSULTING & ADVISORY SUPPORT

In addition to hands-on production services, FE-2 offers consulting and advisory support for charters and cruise lines.

This can include program reviews, production planning support, theming/décor, feasibility assessments, scheduling strategy, and operational guidance — helping build smarter systems before challenges arise.
